  • DISC Individual and Team Behavioral Assessments help individuals understand their behavioral styles and improve team communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.

    The ability to communicate effectively is paramount to building healthy teams. Each workshop attendee will be provided with either the Basic DISC or DISC w/TEAMS & Values assessment, revealing their unique communication styles.

    This workshop identifies how and why people are motivated differently and how this applies to the workplace for greater productivity.

Dr. Felicia Kelso

Dr. Kelso is an expert in Reasonable Accommodations (RA) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Maxwell Certified Executive Leadership Trainer and Coach and DISC Behavioral Consultant. She has over 35 years of experience as a Military and Federal Administrator, Strategic Human Resource Manager, Trainer, Coach, Mentor, Instructor, Drill Sergeant, and IG and EEO Compliance Teams.

Dr. Kelso can provide Integrative and Innovative Solutions. She is passionate about professional development and growth through educating, equipping, and empowering employers and employees to be confident and competent. Bridging the gap of communication, connection, relationship, and trust between employers and employees from diverse social classes and with disabilities to foster psychologically safe and inclusive workplaces.
